Debnath, operating as LiteMind Studio ("we," "us," or "Developer").

LiteMind Studio is operated by Amit Debnath, an individual developer based
in Kolkata, West Bengal, India. We provide:

- Technical consultation and support
3. Website Usage
3.1 Permitted Use
You may use our website to:

5. Payment Terms
5.1 Pricing and Quotes
- All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) unless specified
- Quotes are valid for 30 days from issuance
- Custom pricing based on project complexity and timeline
- Rush jobs may incur additional charges
5.2 Payment Schedule
- Small Projects (Under ₹25,000): 50% upfront, 50% on completion
- Medium Projects (₹25,000 - ₹1,00,000): 40% upfront, 30% at milestone, 30% on completion
- Large Projects (Above ₹1,00,000): Custom payment schedule based on milestones
5.3 Late Payments
Late payments may result in project suspension and additional charges. Outstanding amounts over 30 days may
incur interest charges.
6. Intellectual Property
6.1 Client Ownership
Upon full payment, you own:
- The final delivered code/solution specific to your project
- Project documentation and user guides
- Any custom-created assets for your business
6.2 Developer Retention
We retain rights to:
- General methodologies and techniques used
- Reusable code libraries and frameworks
- Knowledge and experience gained from the project
- Use project as portfolio example (with permission)
6.3 Third-Party Components
Projects may include third-party libraries or services subject to their respective licenses and terms.
7. Warranties and Disclaimers
7.1 Service Warranty
We warrant that our services will:
- Be performed with professional skill and care
- Meet the specifications outlined in project agreements
- Be free from defects for 30 days after delivery
- Include reasonable support during warranty period
7.2 Limitations

liable for:

- Issues caused by modifications made after delivery
8.2 Maximum Liability
Our total liability for any project shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for that specific
project.
9. Confidentiality
9.1 Mutual Confidentiality
Both parties agree to:
- Keep confidential information secure and private
- Use confidential information only for project purposes
- Not disclose sensitive business information to third parties
- Return or destroy confidential materials upon request
9.2 Exceptions
Confidentiality does not apply to information that is:
- Already publicly available
- Required to be disclosed by law
- Generally known industry practices
10. Termination
10.1 Termination by Client
You may terminate a project with written notice. You will be responsible for:
- Payment for work completed to date
- Any non-refundable expenses incurred
- Delivery of work completed up to termination date
10.2 Termination by Developer
We may terminate services if:
- Payments are consistently late or defaulted
- Project requirements become unreasonable or unclear
- Client violates these Terms of Service
11. Governing Law and Disputes
11.1 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, specifically the jurisdiction of Kolkata, West Bengal.
11.2 Dispute Resolution
Any disputes will be resolved through:
- Direct Communication: Good faith discussion to resolve issues
- Mediation: Professional mediation if direct discussion fails
- Legal Action: Courts in Kolkata, West Bengal, India as final resort
12. Privacy and Data Protection
