This information is collected by our website host (Netlify) in its server logs and by Microsoft Clarity, our website analytics service.

• Any additional information in your messages

Contact form submissions are received and stored through Netlify Forms, which also screens them for spam.

2.3 LiteBot Chat Assistant

LiteBot, the AI chat assistant on our website, only loads when you click "Ask LiteBot". If you use it:

• The messages you type and the replies you receive are sent to and processed by our own automation server (n8n, at n8n.litemindstudio.com)
• The conversation history is stored in our database (hosted by Supabase) so LiteBot can follow the conversation
• Your messages are passed to a third-party AI language model provider to generate the replies. The provider and model we use may change over time
• A random chat session ID is stored in your browser's local storage so the conversation can continue if you reload the page
• If you share your contact details in the chat, we keep them with your enquiry so we can reply
• The chat widget's code is downloaded from the jsDelivr content delivery network

Please don't share passwords, payment details or other sensitive personal information in the chat. Replies are generated automatically and may be inaccurate; for anything binding, contact us directly.

• Preference (local storage): Your light/dark theme choice, stored as theme in your browser. It never leaves your device
• LiteBot (local storage): A random chat session ID, stored only after you open the chat

The website itself does not set any other cookies.

7.2 Microsoft Clarity

We use Microsoft Clarity to see how visitors use and interact with our website through behavioral metrics, heatmaps and session recordings. This helps us find pages that are hard to use and improve the site. Clarity collects this usage data with first- and third-party cookies and similar technologies. Clarity never records what you type into form fields, hides numbers and email addresses shown on the page, and the LiteBot chat window is excluded from recordings.

Your choice: On your first visit, a banner asks whether you accept analytics cookies. Until you accept, and if you decline, Clarity sets no cookies: it treats each page view separately and cannot link your visits together. If you accept, Clarity uses cookies to connect the pages you view into one session. We never allow Clarity's advertising cookies. You can change your choice at any time with "Cookie settings" at the bottom of every page; declining after accepting removes Clarity's cookies. Microsoft may also use this data as described in the Microsoft Privacy Statement.

You can control cookies through your browser settings. Note that disabling cookies may affect website functionality.

LiteMind Studio is based in India. The website services listed in section 4.2 (Netlify, Microsoft, Google, jsDelivr, Render, Cloudflare, Supabase and our AI provider) may process your information on servers outside India, including in the United States. We choose established providers that publish their own data protection terms.

Our website and services are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 years of age.
