Terms of Service for LiteMind Studio Apps

Applicable to all listed applications

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using any LiteMind Studio application (collectively, the "Apps"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Apps.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "you") and Amit Debnath, operating as LiteMind Studio ("we," "us," or "Developer").

2. Description of Services

LiteMind Studio Apps provide entertainment and utility services including:

• Random generators: Coin flips tools
• Customization: Sound, haptic feedback, visual preferences
• Statistics: Usage tracking and history (with user consent)
• Ad-supported experience: Free apps supported by advertisements (with user consent)

All Apps are designed for entertainment and utility purposes and do not involve real money, gambling, or wagering.

You may use our Apps for:

• Sound effects and audio content
• User interface and design elements
• App names, logos, and branding

Are owned by Amit Debnath (LiteMind Studio) and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

5.2 Limited License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Apps for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

6. Third-Party Services

Our Apps integrate with Google services that have their own terms of service:

6.2 Third-Party Liability

We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of third-party services. Your interactions with third-party services are solely between you and such parties.

While we strive for randomness in our generators (coins etc.), we make no guarantee about the statistical accuracy, true randomness, or fairness of results. The Apps are for entertainment purposes only.

We do not guarantee that the Apps will be available at all times or free from interruptions, errors, or security vulnerabilities.

Since our Apps are provided free of charge, our total liability to you for all claims related to the Apps shall not exceed $10 USD.

• Your use of the Apps in violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Any content you submit or actions you take through the Apps
• Decisions made based on App results

You may stop using any App at any time by deleting it from your device.

11.2 Termination by Us

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Apps immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms or engage in prohibited conduct.

11.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the Apps ceases immediately. Sections 5, 7, 8, 9, and 12 survive termination.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.

12.2 Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Apps shall be resolved through:

1. First: Good faith negotiation between parties
2. If unresolved: Binding arbitration or local court jurisdiction in West Bengal, India

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Apps and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
