Terms of Service for LiteMind Studio Apps

Applicable to all listed applications

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing or using any LiteMind Studio application (collectively, the "Apps"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Apps.

These Terms are a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "you") and Amit Debnath, operating as LiteMind Studio ("we", "us" or "Developer").

2. Description of Services

Coin Toss Pro provides:

• Coin flip: tap, swipe, shake or toss your phone to flip a virtual coin, with sound and vibration
• Coin collection: a set of coin designs. Free coins always work; premium coins are ad-supported (see Section 3)
• Best-of series: best of 3, 5, 7 or 9, with a running tally
• Custom side labels: replace "Heads" and "Tails" with your own words
• Cricket toss: a guided toss between two teams, with a result card you can share
• History, statistics and streaks: your past flips, totals and longest runs
• Test the coin: a simulated fairness test you can run yourself
• Prank Mode: lets you choose the result of the next flip (see Section 5)
• Home-screen widget: flip from your home screen without opening the App
• Ad-supported experience: the Apps are free and supported by advertisements

All Apps are designed for entertainment and utility purposes and do not involve real money, gambling or wagering.

3. Ads, Consent and Ad-Supported Features

3.1 The App Is Free Because It Shows Ads

The Apps display ads from Google AdMob, including banner ads, full-screen (interstitial) ads and optional rewarded ads.

3.2 What Works Without Consent or Internet

The core coin flip, history, best-of series, custom labels, cricket toss, the fairness test and the home-screen widget work offline and without data consent.

3.3 Features Offered in Exchange for Ads

Statistics, premium coins and Prank Mode are free, ad-supported features. They are available only while ads can be shown, which requires an internet connection. Prank Mode also requires watching a rewarded ad.

3.4 Your Data Choice Never Removes a Feature

4. Rewarded Ads and Premium Content

4.1 Rewarded Ads

• A reward (such as a Prank Mode flip) is given only after the ad finishes. Closing an ad early gives no reward.
• Ads are supplied by Google and are not always available. We cannot guarantee that an ad, and therefore a reward, will be available at any given time or place.

4.2 Premium Coins

• Premium coins and any other in-app content have no monetary value, cannot be bought, sold, transferred or exchanged, and are licensed to you, not sold.
• We may add, change or remove coins, features or rewards at any time. If a premium coin you selected becomes unavailable, the App switches to a free coin.

5. Prank Mode

6. User Conduct and Restrictions

6.1 Permitted Use

You may use our Apps for:

• Personal entertainment and casual decision-making
• Educational demonstrations of probability and randomness
• Friendly, non-commercial tosses, including informal and recreational cricket or other games
• Fair resolution of everyday choices, when Prank Mode is not in use and all parties agree to the toss

6.2 Prohibited Uses

6.3 Your Content

Custom side labels and cricket team names you enter stay on your device. You are responsible for what you enter and for anything you choose to share, such as a cricket result card. Do not use them for content that is unlawful, abusive or infringes anyone's rights.

6.4 Age Requirements

Our Apps are intended for users aged 18 and older. They are not directed to anyone under 18; see the App Privacy Policy.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

7.1 Our Rights

All content, features, functionality and intellectual property in the Apps, including but not limited to:

• Software code and algorithms
• Coin designs, visual designs, animations and graphics
• Sound effects and audio content
• The home-screen widget and user interface design
• App names, logos and branding

are owned by Amit Debnath (LiteMind Studio) and protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws, except currency symbols and open-licensed icons used inside the designs, which belong to their respective owners or the public.

7.2 Coin Designs Are Decorative

Coin designs in the Apps are original artwork and are not replicas of legal tender. Currency- and Bitcoin-themed coins are decoration only: the Apps have no connection with any central bank, currency issuer, cryptocurrency or blockchain network, hold no money or crypto-assets, and offer no financial service or advice.

7.3 Limited License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Apps for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

8. Third-Party Services

8.1 Google Services

Our Apps integrate with Google services that have their own terms:

• Google Play Services, in-app updates and in-app review: https://policies.google.com/terms
• Google Forms (optional feedback): https://policies.google.com/terms

8.2 Third-Party Liability

We are not responsible for the content, accuracy or practices of third-party services, including the content of ads shown by Google. Your interactions with third-party services and advertisers are solely between you and those parties.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

9.1 "As Is" Basis

9.2 Randomness and Accuracy

Outside Prank Mode, each flip result comes from the device's secure random number generator, and the "Test the coin" feature lets you check the results for yourself. Even so, we make no guarantee about the statistical accuracy, true randomness or fairness of results. The Apps are for entertainment purposes only.

9.3 Availability

We do not guarantee that the Apps, any feature, or any ad will be available at all times or free from interruptions, errors or security vulnerabilities.

10. Limitation of Liability

10.1 Damages Limitation

10.2 Maximum Liability

Our total liability to you for all claims related to the Apps shall not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us for the Apps in the 12 months before the claim, or INR 1,000, except where the law does not allow such a limit.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Amit Debnath (LiteMind Studio) from any claims, damages, losses or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Apps in violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Any content you enter or share through the Apps
• Your use of Prank Mode to mislead others
• Decisions made based on App results

13. Termination

13.1 Termination by You

You may stop using any App at any time by deleting it from your device. You can also erase all App data first in Settings → Erase All Data.

13.2 Termination by Us

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Apps, or discontinue any App or feature, if you breach these Terms or engage in prohibited conduct, or where required by law or by Google Play.

13.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the Apps ends immediately. Sections 4.2, 7, 9, 10, 11 and 14 survive termination.

14. Governing Law and Disputes

14.1 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Nothing in these Terms removes any mandatory consumer protection you have under the laws of the country where you live.

14.2 Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Apps shall be resolved through:

1. First: good-faith negotiation — please email us first.
2. If unresolved: binding arbitration or the courts of West Bengal, India.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our App Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Apps and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
