Covering all apps with similar data practices

1. Introduction

Thank you for choosing apps by LiteMind Studio, developed by Amit Debnath ("we", "our", "us"). We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your information. This Privacy Policy explains what data is collected, why, who receives it, and the choices you have. It is written to meet Google Play requirements and laws such as the EU and UK GDPR, US state privacy laws (including California's CCPA/CPRA), and India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

2. Summary at a Glance

Declining consent never removes a feature. Some optional features are paid for by ads and therefore need an internet connection (see Section 5).

3. Information We Collect

3.1 Information You Provide

Our Apps do not require registration or login. You never have to give us your name, email address, phone number or any other direct identifier.

3.1.1 Voluntary Feedback

3.2 Information Stored Only on Your Device

The following is stored locally on your device and is never uploaded by us:

• Flip history (up to the most recent 2,000 flips) and lifetime flip counts
• Statistics, streak records and milestones
• Your selected coin and favourite coins
• Custom side labels (the words you choose instead of "Heads" and "Tails")
• Cricket team names from your last cricket toss
• Settings (theme, sound, vibration, flip gestures) and your privacy choice
• Flips made on the home-screen widget, which wait on the device until the App imports them into your history

Android backup: if you have turned on Android's own backup to your Google account, Android may include this app's settings and history in that backup. This is controlled by you in Android settings and handled by Google, not by us.

3.3 Device Features Used Without Collecting Data

• Motion sensor (accelerometer): used only while the App is open, to detect a shake or toss gesture if you have turned it on. Readings are processed instantly on your device and are never stored or sent. No permission is needed.
• Vibration: haptic feedback on each flip. Can be turned off in Settings.
• Sharing: when you share the app link or a cricket result card, the App creates the image in its private temporary storage and hands it to Android's share menu. You choose the recipient; we do not see what you share or with whom. No storage permission is requested.
• Home-screen widget: flips on the widget happen entirely on your device and show no ads.
• Phone region: the App reads the region from your phone's language setting once, to pick a local first coin (for example the Rupee in India). It stays on your device and needs no permission.
• Internet connectivity check: to know whether ads and ad-supported features can be offered, the App briefly opens a connection to Cloudflare (1.1.1.1), Google Public DNS (8.8.8.8) and looks up google.com. No app data is sent; as with any internet connection, those operators can see your IP address.

3.4 Information Collected Automatically by Google Services

• Advertising data (whenever an ad is requested): IP address, device model, operating system, app version, language, approximate location derived from IP, ad impressions and taps. With your consent, also your device's Advertising ID, used for personalised ads.
• Usage data (only with your consent): in-app events such as screens opened, features used, settings changed, flip results, milestones and ad views or taps; summary values such as your total flip count and chosen theme; the app store the App was installed from; plus device model, OS version, language and time zone. Sent to Firebase Analytics.
• Crash and diagnostic data (only with your consent): stack traces, error logs, device model, OS version and device state at the time of a crash. Sent to Firebase Crashlytics.

Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics are switched off by default and stay off until you choose.

5. Advertising and Ad-Supported Features

Coin Toss Pro is free and supported by ads from Google AdMob: banner ads, full-screen (interstitial) ads and optional rewarded ads. To show any ad, Google receives the advertising data listed in Section 3.4. Without your consent, ads are non-personalised, but Google still processes some data to deliver them, limit how often you see them, measure them and prevent fraud.

Some optional features are paid for by ads and are available only while ads can be shown, which requires an internet connection:

• Statistics screen
• Premium coins in the coin collection (the free coins always work, online or offline)
• Prank Mode, which also requires watching a rewarded ad

The core coin flip, history, best-of series, custom labels, cricket toss, the fairness test and the home-screen widget work offline and without consent.

6. Third-Party Services

These providers process data under their own privacy terms: Google Privacy Policy, How Google uses data from apps, Cloudflare Privacy Policy. We do not receive any information that directly identifies you from these services.

7. How We Use Information

• Show ads that keep the App free (personalised only with your consent)
• Understand feature usage to decide what to improve (only with consent)
• Find and fix crashes to improve stability (only with consent)
• Respond to your feedback and support requests
• Keep the App working and prevent ad fraud and abuse
• Comply with legal requirements and Google Play policies

8. Legal Bases (EU/EEA and UK)

• Consent: analytics, crash reports, personalised ads, and storing or reading information on your device for those purposes.
• Legitimate interests: non-personalised or limited ads that fund the free App, plus security and fraud prevention.
• Your request: answering feedback or support messages you send us.

9. Information Sharing and Disclosure

• Service providers: data is shared only with the services listed in Section 6.
• Legal compliance: we may disclose information if required by law or to protect users' safety.
• No sale for money: we do not sell, rent or trade your personal information for money. Under some US state laws, personalised advertising may count as "sharing" or "targeted advertising"; you can opt out as described in Section 4.

10. Data Retention

We cannot directly access or delete individual records held by Google. See Section 11 for how to exercise your rights.

11. Your Rights and Choices

11.1 Privacy Choices in the App

• Settings → Share usage & crash data: turn analytics, crash reports and personalised ads on or off at any time.
• Settings → Privacy Settings (shown where Google's controls apply, such as the EU/UK and US states): review or change your choices in Google's privacy form.

11.2 Advertising Controls on Android

Reset or delete your Advertising ID: Settings ▸ Google ▸ Ads ▸ "Reset advertising ID" or "Delete advertising ID" (the wording varies by Android version).

11.3 Data on Your Device

• Settings → Reset Settings: restores preferences, keeping history and statistics.
• Settings → Erase All Data: permanently deletes history, statistics, streaks, coins, labels, settings, your privacy choice and any queued widget flips.
• Uninstalling the App, or Android Settings ▸ Apps ▸ Coin Toss Pro ▸ Storage ▸ "Clear data", also removes everything stored on your device.

11.4 Analytics and Crash Data Held by Google

We cannot find or delete one person's analytics, crash or advertising records: the Apps have no accounts, and this data is not linked to your name, email address or Google account. What you can do:

11.5 General Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing of your personal data, the right to data portability, the right to withdraw consent at any time (without affecting earlier processing), the right not to be discriminated against for using these rights, and the right to complain to your local data-protection authority.

12. International Data Transfers

Google's servers are located worldwide, including in the United States. Transfers take place under legally recognised safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.

In addition, a copy of analytics and crash data collected with consent is exported to Google BigQuery and stored in a Google Cloud data centre in India (asia-south1 region). The same Google safeguards apply to this data.

13. Security

We use industry-standard technical and organisational measures, including encryption in transit and restricted access to cloud projects, to protect data. No system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

14. Children's Privacy

Our Apps are intended for users aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18.

The Apps have no accounts and never ask your age, so we cannot tell who is under 18. If someone under 18 has used an App:

• Feedback or emails sent to us: if we learn they came from someone under 18, we will delete them promptly.
• Data on the device: remove it with Settings → Erase All Data or by uninstalling the App.
• Analytics, crash and advertising data held by Google: we cannot identify or delete one person's records (see Section 10). Turning off Settings → Share usage & crash data stops analytics, crash reports and personalised ads from then on.

15. Additional Regional Disclosures

15.1 GDPR (EU/EEA and UK)

See Section 8 for our legal bases. You can withdraw consent at any time in Settings → Privacy Settings or Settings → Share usage & crash data.

15.2 US State Privacy Laws (California, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut and others)

We do not sell personal information for money. Personalised ads may count as "sharing" or "targeted advertising" under these laws. You can opt out in Settings → Privacy Settings, or by choosing "No thanks" in the App's privacy dialog. You also have the right to know, delete and correct your personal information. 15.3 India (Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023)

You can withdraw consent at any time in Settings → Share usage & crash data, as easily as you gave it. For any grievance about how your data is handled, contact our grievance officer:

16. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time, for example when an app gains a feature that changes how data is handled. We will update the "Last Updated" date above and, for material changes, let you know in the App. Continued use of our Apps after changes take effect means you accept the updated policy.
